How it works

Why reflect on your personal wellbeing?

If someone asked you the question 'how do you feel right now?', presumably you would know the answer. If someone asked you the question, 'how did you feel last week?', it may be difficult to remember. If someone asked you how you felt a month ago, and specifically asked you to recall how you were feeling in particular areas, it would be near impossible to give an accurate response.

At Everperform, we believe in performance that goes beyond the hard metrics of billable hours and time sheets. The subjective measures of a person's life are so important to measure. We measure so we can understand, and we understand so we can improve. In short, what gets measured, gets managed. Just like you need to keep track of your physical wellbeing, you need to be able to track your mental wellbeing.

This is the tool to help you with that.

Have I checked in on myself this week?
Self-reflection is important, because how we feel impacts not just us, but the people around us.
I am feeling good and energised
Energy levels are dictated by many things including sleep, diet, exercise and stress. Measuring your energy levels can give insight as to when your lifestyle is working and when it may need some tweaking.
I'm able to switch off from work when I should
Work-life balance is so important, and more difficult than ever to manage with the impact of technology. Getting this balance right can help productivity when you're working and help you to be present when you're not.
I have clear personal goals and I am on track to achieve them
Understanding what you are trying to accomplish and measuring your progress can help in achieving goals, setting and completing small goals is a great way to recognize accomplishments and track growth.
I feel the effort I am putting in is having an impact this week
Effort and impact aren’t always correlated, when they are it can contribute to fulfilment and satisfaction.
